Hmm, I have no idea what to do with this site. I’m thinking of just making it a kind of smörgåsbord, whatever I want really. It’s not like anyone reads it anyway!!
So to motivate me I’m going to be publishing my exercise logs here now… among other things of course.
So for June 12, 2010…
Cardio:
Stationary Bike: 3 miles – 10 minutes
Weights:
Bench Press (just for Ryan’s sake): 1 set – 10 reps – 105 lbs
Overhead Press – 2 sets – 10 reps – 70 lbs
Lat Pull Down – 3 sets – 10,8,6 reps – 90,100,110 lbs
Chest Fly – 1 set – 10 reps – 80 lbs
Rear Pull Down – 1 set – 10 reps – 110 lbs
Bicep Curls (machine) – 3 sets – 10,10,8 reps – 50,50,70 lbs
Yeah I know, my cardio basically sucks, and my lifting definitely looks ADD. I need to go sometime without Ryan so that I won’t hop machines so often. He always wants to do bench press even though he cant manage the weight, and I end up doing 10 or so reps of it just so it isn’t a complete waste of time.

Yep, I decided to buy this domain again. I’ve use it in the past on a Blogger blog that I lost interest in, but I’ve really come to like the WordPress Platform and we’ll see what happens.
